NEW CODE for OpenSSL 0.9.7 Available

Changes between 0.9.6h and 0.9.7 in the methods for handling ASN1 in X509v3 extensions caused the prior code from Chapter 5 to not work correctly. The new package now works with all versions of OpenSSL. See the code section for the details.
